Why is Bhai Dooj on Sat 6 Nov in Codcod?
Bhai Dooj is on Sat 6 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Aparahna is Pratipada; Dwitiya begins at 01:45 Sat.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 12:41–15:01. Dwitiya: 01:45 to 22:14.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC+8). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 01:45 on Sat 6 Nov to 22:14 on Sat 6 Nov, so only Saturday’s aparahna (12:41–15:01) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
