Why is Dussehra on Tue 4 Oct in Pāthardi?
Dussehra is on Tue 4 Oct: Dashami touches aparahna that day, and no other.
Navami until 14:21, inside aparahna; then Dashami. Dashami: 14:21 to 12:00 Wed.
Dashami ended at 12:00; aparahna is Ekadashi. Dashami: 14:21 Tue to 12:00.
One row per day, on one clock (IST). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
Dussehra’s rites are done in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dashami runs from 14:21 on Tue 4 Oct to 12:00 on Wed 5 Oct, so it touches only Tuesday’s aparahna (13:29–15:52).
