Dussehra Aparahna puja muhurat: what time?
Why is Dussehra on Sat 29 Sep in Ipameri?
By the Nirnayasindhu, Dussehra is on Sat 29 Sep: Dashami touches aparahna on both days, and Shravana in the later aparahna takes it there.
Navami until 13:55, inside aparahna; then Dashami. Dashami: 13:55 to 15:00 Sat.
Dashami holds aparahna only until 15:00; then Ekadashi. Dashami: 13:55 Fri to 15:00.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−3). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
Dussehra’s rites are done in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dashami touches aparahna on both days, and Shravana falls in aparahna on Sat 29 Sep. The Nirnayasindhu then takes that day: Sat 29 Sep.
