Madhyahna is Ashtami; Navami begins at 19:26.

Rama’s birth is celebrated at madhyahna, the middle fifth of the day. Navami runs from 19:26 on Sat 5 Apr to 19:23 on Sun 6 Apr, so only Sunday’s madhyahna (11:17–13:46) falls within it. Every reading takes that day.
