Why is Pitru Paksha begins on Thu 19 Sep in Myshkin?
Pitru Paksha begins is on Thu 19 Sep: Pratipada touches aparahna that day, and no other.

Pratipada ended at 13:45; aparahna is Dwitiya. Pratipada: 15:12 Thu to 13:45.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC+4). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
