Holika is burnt in pradosha, the 3 muhurtas after sunset, outside bhadra. Purnima runs from 06:06 on Thu 13 Mar to 07:54 on Fri 14 Mar, so only Thursday’s pradosha (17:51–20:18) falls within it. Bhadra lasts until 18:57, and the Dharmasindhu keeps the rite out of bhadra: it is done from 18:57.
