Why is Bhai Dooj on Sun 9 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Sun 9 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 13:14–15:48. Dwitiya: 13:11 to 09:59 Mon.
Dwitiya ended at 09:59; aparahna is Tritiya.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−3). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 13:11 on Sun 9 Nov to 09:59 on Mon 10 Nov, so only Sunday’s aparahna (13:14–15:48) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
