Why is Bhai Dooj on Tue 11 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Tue 11 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 13:14–15:49. Dwitiya: 08:35 to 09:44 Wed.
Dwitiya ended at 09:44; aparahna is Tritiya.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−3). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 08:35 on Tue 11 Nov to 09:44 on Wed 12 Nov, so only Tuesday’s aparahna (13:14–15:49) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
