Why is Bhai Dooj on Sun 8 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Sun 8 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 13:13–15:48. Dwitiya: 06:02 to 03:30 Mon.
Dwitiya ended at 03:30; aparahna is Tritiya.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−3). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 06:02 on Sun 8 Nov to 03:30 on Mon 9 Nov, so only Sunday’s aparahna (13:13–15:48) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
