Why is Bhai Dooj on Tue 10 Nov in Bizerte?
Bhai Dooj is on Tue 10 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 13:06–15:10. Dwitiya: 09:30 to 11:23 Wed.
Dwitiya ended at 11:23; aparahna is Tritiya. Dwitiya: 09:30 Tue to 11:23.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC+1). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
