Why is Bhai Dooj on Tue 14 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Tue 14 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 13:14–15:50. Dwitiya: 06:06 to 05:17 Wed.
Dwitiya ended at 05:17; aparahna is Tritiya.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−3). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 06:06 on Tue 14 Nov to 05:17 on Wed 15 Nov, so only Tuesday’s aparahna (13:14–15:50) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
