Why is Bhai Dooj on Sat 13 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Sat 13 Nov: Dwitiya holds all of aparahna that day, and no other.
Dwitiya holds all of aparahna, 14:14–16:49. Dwitiya: 09:31 to 06:24 Sun.
Dwitiya ended at 06:24; aparahna is Tritiya.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−2). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 09:31 on Sat 13 Nov to 06:24 on Sun 14 Nov, so only Saturday’s aparahna (14:14–16:49) falls within it. No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
