Why is Bhai Dooj on Sun 14 Nov in Ipameri?
Bhai Dooj is on Sun 14 Nov: Dwitiya touches aparahna that day, and no other.
Pratipada until 16:33, inside aparahna; then Dwitiya. Dwitiya: 16:33 to 13:58 Mon.
Dwitiya ended at 13:58; aparahna is Tritiya. Dwitiya: 16:33 Sun to 13:58.
One row per day, on one clock (UTC−2). Band: the tithi. Box: Aparahna. Light strip: day; dark strip: night.
The tilak is applied in aparahna, the fourth fifth of the day. Dwitiya runs from 16:33 on Sun 14 Nov to 13:58 on Mon 15 Nov, so it touches only Sunday’s aparahna (14:15–16:50). No text giving Bhai Dooj’s time was found; aparahna is Tithika’s convention.
